About this course

This course will assist clients to navigate to the User Help Center and the Administrator Help Center within their WebEOC Instances. 

Prerequisite: Basic computer, keyboard, mouse, and browser skills. 

Equipment Requirements: Computer with internet access and 2 monitors are recommended. One monitor will be used to watch the presentation. The other monitor can be use by the student for testing if the Student's WebEOC Administrator has provided an account and Incident for training purposes.

If only one monitor is available, please use split screen on your device. On your Mac, move the pointer to the green button in the top-left corner of the window, then choose Tile Window to Left of Screen or Tile Window to Right of Screen from the menu that appears. On the other side of the screen, click the second app you want to work with.  You can split your screen side by side in Windows 10 and Windows 11 by dragging two open windows next to each other until they 'snap' into place. You can also use the keyboard shortcut 'Windows key + left/right arrow' to move them to the side you want them to appear.

Schedule: This class will be presented via readable content to allow the student to complete this course at their own pace. The total time needed to set aside for this course completion is 3 minutes. 

Learning Outcomes: 

At the end of this module the student will be able to perform the following functions:

  • Access the User Help Center in WebEOC Version 9.
  • Access the User Help Center in WebEOC Nexus.
  • Access the Administrator Help Center in the WebEOC Version 9 or Nexus.
