Twitter Interface Add-on
During this course, a Juvare Subject Matter Expert will present an On-Demand Training featuring the Twitter Interface Add-on including an Overview, Key Features, and a Demonstration.
 
Add-On Overview

The Twitter Interface add-on provides a bridge between your Twitter account and WebEOC boards, allowing you to send real-time tweets from within WebEOC. Twitter can be integrated into an existing board, or you can create a new board specifically for Twitter.

The Chat plugin is compatible with WebEOC versions 8.3 or later and is available for Core, Professional, and Enterprise.

If you are interested in this plugin and you are hosted please contact your CSM to have it installed on your instance. If you are self-hosted you can download the Plugin from the Plugins Tab of the Juvare Support Knowledge Center.
 
Key Features
  • Integrate Twitter with any WebEOC board.
  • Send tweets directly from WebEOC boards to a dedicated Twitter account.
  • View remaining character count as you type.
  • Store tweets related to an incident in WebEOC with all other incident data.

Installation Requirements/Instructions
This is a Free Add-On that can be requested upon implementation or facilitated through your Client Success Manager.
  • Self Service/Self Hosted Instructions:
    • Download the Twitter installer from the Juvare Support Knowledge Center, Plug-ins Tab.
  • Juvare Hosted Instructions:
    • Send an email to support.juvare.com or your implementation project manager including your Customer ID, Version, and Build Number and request for the Add-on to be loaded into your instance.

By the end of this On-Demand Training, learners will be able to:
  • Authorize WebEOC to send information to Twitter
  • Tweet from an input view
  • Add Twitter to and existing board
