About this course

Dashboard 
During this course, a Juvare Subject Matter Expert will present an On-Demand Training featuring a WebEOC Add-on including an Overview, Key Features and a Demonstration.
 
Add-On Overview
WebEOC Dashboard is a visualization tool that enables you to arrange a combination of boards or maps into a unified dashboard. Using the dashboard is a fast and simple way for administrators to organize critical information in a meaningful format and make it available to users in one place.
When creating a dashboard, administrators have multiple options. Administrators can specify the number of boards or maps to include in the dashboard, choose from a variety of layouts, and set filters to control how the information is displayed on each board. Access permissions to all dashboards are managed through WebEOC groups, allowing administrators to make dashboards visible only to the users who need them.
Additionally, users are given an option to create their own dashboard and customize it to fit their workflow. Administrators can preselect the boards and maps that become available when users build their dashboard.

Installation Requirements/Instructions
This is a Licensed Add-On that can be purchased upon implementation or purchased through your Client Success Manager. This Add-On/Plug-in requires server-side installation.
  • Self Service/Self Hosted Instructions:
    • After purchasing the Add-On, download the Dashboard Installer from the Juvare Support Knowledge Center, Plug-ins Tab.
  • Juvare Hosted Instructions:
    • After purchasing the Add-On, send an email to support.juvare.com or your implementation project manager including your Customer ID, Version, and Build Number and request for the Add-on to be loaded into your instance.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this On-Demand Training, learners will be able to:
  • Locate the Add-on in the Support Center for Installation and/or Obtain Licensed Add-On or License Key from Implementation Team or Client Success Manager
  • Locate the Add-on in the WebEOC Admin Area after it has been installed
