JX Collaborate Overview

JX Collaborate—a key component of the Juvare Exchange solution family—is a highly secure peer-to-peer messaging and information-sharing platform designed to help organizations in the Juvare Community share best practices and coordinate with close partners during critical events. The platform’s configurable chat networks and drag-and-drop file attachment capabilities are fast and flexible enough for emergencies while robust enough for daily operations. 

With JX Collaborate, users of Juvare solutions including WebEOC, eICS, EMResource, EMTrack, and Juvare Unified Command Platform (UCP) can easily build relationships with colleagues at other organizations to develop innovative answers to commonly shared problems.

Installation Requirements/Instructions

This is a Free Add-On for WebEOC instances with Juvare Exchange. This Add-on must be enabled in your system by Juvare Staff. Reach out to your CSM for more information on Juvare Exchange and JX Collaborate.
