Unified Command Platform Workflow Overview

This course will assist clients to navigate their instance of the Juvare Unified Command Platform, including their customized or configured workflow.

Prerequisite: Basic computer, keyboard, mouse, and browser skills.

Equipment Requirements: Computer with internet access and a monitor are recommended. Students must be able to authenticate into a FedRAMP High instance.

Schedule: This will be a two full-day course at the client’s location.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this module the student will be able to perform the following functions:

• Access the workflows mutually selected by the trainer and client.
• Explain how to enter data into the various processes to their colleagues.
• Explain the dependencies between workflows.
• Complete other objectives as mutually agreed upon by the trainer and client.
