This will allow them to customize the Ad-Hoc Notifications Plug-in to send Notifications in an array of scenarios as needed within their region using their regional processes and verbiage. After completing the course, Facility Administrators will be empowered to perform essential administrative functions at the Facility level using the eICS Ad-Hoc Notifications Plug-in.

  • Sent Notifications
    • Viewing Notification specific analytics
    • The ability to send Follow-up Notifications
  • Drafts and Templates

Prerequisites: For this course, students should have basic computer skills and have taken the eICS Facility Administrator Training Course.

Equipment Requirements: For this course, students should have the following requirements.

    • Access to a computer that has a reliable connection to the Internet and meets the minimum requirements for CORES HAN Neo hardware and software.
