APAC - WebEOC Bootcamp Part 1: Administrator Essentials (On-Demand Learning)
Bootcamp Part 1: Administrator Essentials (Published January 2023)
Prerequisite: Basic computer, keyboard, mouse, and browser skills.
Equipment Requirements: Computers with internet access and 2 monitors are recommended. One monitor will be used to watch the presentation. The other monitor can be use by the student for testing if the Student's WebEOC Administrator has provided an account and Incident for training purposes.
Schedule: This class will be presented via pre-recorded videos, readable content, and Knowledge Checks to allow the student to complete this course at their own pace. The total time needed to set aside for this course completion is 3-hours and 30 minutes.
CEUs: Juvare is authorized by IACET to offer .3 CEUs for this course.

Module 1: End User Content
Module 1 introduces the student to the Course Outline, WebEOC History, Basic Concepts, Accessing WebEOC, Using WebEOC, and the Standard Boards.
Performance Based Learning Outcomes
At the end of this module the student will be able to perform the following functions:
- Navigate through different Modules
- Understand the History and Background of WebEOC
- Identify common terms used throughout the WebEOC System
- Identify the objectives, key capabilities, and audience of the top 3 highly used WebEOC processes
- Add and Modify information
- Use filter and search functions
Module 2: Administrator Content
Module 2 introduces the student to the Administrative section including the Users Tab which contains the User Manager, the Positions Manager, the Groups Manager, and the Sessions Manager.
Requirements for Successful Completion of Course: Students must complete all modules and the associated Knowledge Checks in order to receive a passing grade and a certificate.
