Assessments can also consist of appropriate verbal feedback from the student indicating understanding of the material presented. In addition to the assessments, to receive a Course Completion Certificate, a participant must attend at least 90% of the class. Our goal is to have 100% attendance. If participants miss a short segment, they will be required to make up the work and demonstrate achievement of the outcome(s) to meet course attendance requirements. Participants absent for more than 10% of the course, and who do not make up the course work, will not receive a Course Completion Certificate. (Participants must address the absence with the instructor and make-up the work prior to the end of the course.) A Sign-In sheet is required as proof of attendance for each class. Participants are required to sign-in at the beginning of each class day.  Students who fail to sign in do not receive credit for the course.
